Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Upright Accessories Inc.

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. All shipping fees for the return are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and determine if it qualifies for a 100% refund. A restocking charge may be applied, depending on the condition of the returned goods.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warehouse Error

In rare cases where we have shipped something to you in error, we take total responsibility for making it right, including shipping fees. Please talk to our Customer Service team to determine how best we can fix this.

Shipping


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
