Description

Our standard Deck'umb is our first and most versatile Deck'umb. It can be placed anywhere on a deck along a flat and stable joist. This means that installing it at the edge or in the middle of a deck is easy, and you are better able to place the Deck'umb, and ultimately your umbrella, exactly where you want.

Installation

Installation is easy on new decks as well as retrofitting the Deck’Umbs on pre-built decks. The low-profile nature of the Deck'Umb product ensures minimal effect to your deck, while simultaneously maximizing your outdoor space.

Forget tripping over heavy umbrella stands or trying to put them away for the winter! Deck'Umbs are all weather- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, which means that winterizing your deck is as easy as popping the cover back in.

Deck'Umbs are compatible with standard umbrellas that are 1"-1.5" in diameter. Please check your umbrella before ordering to confirm it fits.

Deck'umb Standard Mount

Very pleased with this product. Product was as advertised as well - all stainless steel and solid which is what we wanted for this application. We needed something for our dock to mount an umbrella and this was a great solution. When not in use we are able to put the cap on it and have a full access to our dock which is important to us and our boat access property where the dock is a high traffic area. It was easy to install as well with hardware I had in stock. The instructions for installation were straight forward as well - you just need to be prepared with a hole saw and a drill but is an easy DIY if you are handy. Thanks!

Excellent product for a perfect look to your deck

I installed 8 of the base units with 4 top posts in our 1000sf deck during a resurfacing project this year. We are on windy Lake Huron and the deckumbs are performing wonderfully. So inconspicuous yet exceptionally strong. I was very impressed with the heavy cast construction of both the base and the interlocking bottom of the post unit... These units are built to take anything! Installation is easy. My friend bought several too after seeing my install, and he was even able to install his in an existing deck because there was enough room to get under his raised deck to install them. We wish we had installed more bases along the house, on the deck, to act as storage spots for umbrellas when not in use! Great product - what took so long for someone to come up with this great idea?

Love this! Installed from top, removed just one deck board. Clean looking. No more umbrella tipping over on windy days and no more tripping over umbrella stands.

I am very pleased with the deck'umbs product. It has done away with the cumbersome, bulky pedestal previously used and freed up space on the deck. The deck'um has been in use for 3 years now with no issues. I highly recommend this product.

Purchased for my poolside deck

So far the product works great! Easy to install, sturdy, very functional, improves the aesthetics of my deck. I had it up during high winds but was very happy with how secure the umbrella holder was and it has been up an entire winter and still looks brand new.
